(July 2007) INTERVIEW WITH MY AMERICAN HEART- Denver, CO - Warped Tour

1) It seems like bands names are getting longer and longer these days…how did you you come up with your bands name and how did you keep it as short/long as you did?
Larry - “Well I had this web designing firm that I was working for, and it was justcalled American Heart, and when we were doing band names and stuff, we were listening to Piebald a lot, and the song My American Heart just seemed like it fit perfectly.”

5) What are your favorite blogs?  If you don’t read blogs, what are your favorite magazines?
Larry - “I like Perez Hiltons blog a lot, and Buddyhead too.”
Matt - “I actually check out pink is the new blog on a daily basis.”

6) What do you think about Paris Hilton going to jail?  Do you think she is on a road to recovery now?
Larry - “I think the press should just leave her alone, she’s a human being, and we all make mistakes.”
Matt - “It’s hilarious how the whole situation got blown way out of proportion and took up so much attention from people.”

7) Who is hotter, Lindsay Lohan or Amy Winehouse?
Larry - “Samara Armstrong and Wynona Ryder.”
Matt - “Angelena Jolie and Megan Fox, have mercy.”

8) If you could get stuck in an elevator with any of the following people, who would it be and why?
Larry - “Puff Daddy man, he’s like one of the godfathers of of rap and hip hop right now, he’s way up there on the social chart.”
Matt - “I’d want to hang with Bill Clinton, just to see what he’s really like.”
